Després de força temps, intents i proves, finalment he trobat la solució i perfí funciona la solució al error en el component javainitiator o (jinitiator) , el mateix jrew.exe, en els pcs arquitectura pentium 4 .
- La 1º solució va ser renombrar el fitxer instalat dins el directori de la instalació de l'oracle, (a program files, oracle, bin) l'archiu amb el nom de "symcjit.dll" , un cop arrencada l'aplicació el programa no utilitza aquesta dll que sembla ser la causan de la incompatibilitat, i deixa executar el programa forms oracle sense problema, pero, i pero, nomes durant un periode curt de temps, o sigui q la solució aquesta no es definitiva del tot.
- La 2º solució que he trobat ha sigut instal·lar una versió posterior de jinitiator com la que podeu trobar en aquet enllaç que es el Jinitiator 1.1.8.10 , el vaig vaixar de la pagina oficial i us l'he penjat en el rapidshare xq sigui mes ràpid.
Un cop instalada el que he tingut q fer jo, en veure q l'aplicació de oracle no volia utilitzar el jinitiator 8.10 sino el 8.7, es copiar la dll "symcjit.dll" que trobareu en el directori d'instal·lació de la versió 8.10 i posar-la en el lloc de la 8.7 per aixi utilitzar la dll correcta.
D'aquesta manera he conseguit que tornés a funcionar el forms amb oracle.

My problem is resolved due to your posts in the net.
In fact, the origine problem is the symcjit.dll which is installed by the Oracle Jinitiator. This Dll dos not recognize the P4 processor and cause the PB.
The solution consists of renaming this Dll, so that the system cannot use it.
But, there is another way,(i have not tryed) is to download the Oracle Jinitiator which supports P4 processor at Oracle web site.

I got the same problem on P4 machine where as it is working on P3.I tried a lot and finally got a solution,That is, install jinitiator1.1.8.x on your machine and find the symcjit.dll. (which is at program filesoraclejinitiator1.8.x).Rename it to some other name.
Now you check!!
